• Registration will be from 8/17/26 and ends on 8/31/2026 at 4:00pm
• Drawing will be on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 9 am.
  • Order will be emailed
• For Deposit – each Third-Party Purchaser will be required to provide twenty-five (25) percent of the value of the purchaser’s list no later than August 31, 2026.
• Third-party purchasers WITHOUT prior year certificates must submit lists between 8/17/2026 – 8/31/2026.
• In order to be eligible for the 2025 Delinquent Tax Sale all forms, fees and bill lists must be received in the Laurel County Clerk’s Office by 8/31/2026. All lists must reflect September 2026 payoff amounts.
